Why we are more than a Will Writing Service?

Meet Kevin
Director & Consultant
Kevin brings a wealth of experience from both personal and professional spheres. As a dedicated member of The Society of Will Writers, he follows their rigorous Code of Conduct. His career spans corporate banking and managing businesses across Europe and the USA, latterly as a director for a UK Plc. After years of work-related travel, Kevin founded Green Pea Wills & Trusts to stay closer to his family, and work closer with his wife, the owner and founder of Green Pea Mortgages Limited.
Originally from the northeast of England, ( a Geordie-Lad) Kevin has made the East Midlands his home for over 20 years. He has a daughter and son, both in their mid-twenties, who recently graduated from university. During their childhood, they played rugby at Newark Rugby, where Kevin spent several years coaching.
Kevin stays in shape by biking, running and taking Stanley, their lively, some would say crazy, Hungarian Vizsla, for walks with his wife. Especially in the favourite spots in the beautiful Peak District.

Why we are different?
Committed to service
Our service is genuinely personal. You won’t have to deal with endless paperwork or website queries. You’ll always work with the same expert. We’ll meet at your convenience, ensuring your needs are prioritised. We promise to always put your interests first and are committed to going the extra mile for you.
Knowledgeable
Real understanding comes from a conversation, not just clicking through a website. That’s why we take the time to really get to know our clients, learning about their family, priorities and goals, providing us with the knowledge to truly advise. Our support team, with over 30 years of experience in will writing and legal documents, is also here to ensure everything is executed correctly for you.
Long term partner
We value the relationship with our clients. We will aim to be there for you going forward. Life brings us many events where help may be needed; such as marriage, divorce, birth, bereavement or we might just change our minds on what is important to us. We advise our clients to review their will every five years or after one of the major events above.
Education
Education gives people the power to make smarter financial choices, yet many haven’t had the chance to learn. That’s why we offer complimentary seminars on estate planning for local communities and business groups. Reach out to us to explore your specific needs and see how we can assist you.
Experience & knowledge
“One major thing I learnt in business, is to employ the right people. That is why the team behind what we do, have over 30 years experience in providing wills & trusts and legal documents”.
